Rohner Paint Mix Rooms are versatile. Our many available features ensure a perfect fit, whether being used in a small one-man shop or in a large facility. Rohner Mix Rooms can be used as a stand-alone system or attached directly onto a Rohner Paint Booth. For added versatility, a Rohner Mix Room can be linked to a single spray booth or to multiple booths by way of a custom vestibule.

Air Flow: The mixing of paint releases harmful vapors into the air. Rohner Mix Rooms provide a controlled safe environment for workers by supplying continuous clean air flow over the work space. Filtered intake air is brought in through either a standard Non-Pressurized or an optional Pressurized intake plenum located in the ceiling directly over the mixing area. Vapors and exhaust air are pulled away from the worker through a low-mounted exhaust port with a Direct Drive Blower.

Lighting: It is vitally important when mixing paint that the technician has enough light, and is able to discern color shades correctly. Rohner Mix Rooms use T8 fluorescent bulbs to ensure accurate color matching.
